Pumping Station

Services We Deliver –

Pumping stations are one of the core specialities of Yukon International Contracting LLC Technical Services. We undertake the design, supply, installation, automation, testing, and commissioning of pumping stations on a turnkey basis for all applications and capacities — including potable water, irrigation, fire, chilled water, sewerage, and process systems — with no limitation on fluid type, pressure, or flow requirement.

As part of our broader Construction–Building & Infrastructure capability, Yukon International Contracting LLC is specialized in the construction of building and infrastructure activities such as substations, pumping stations, and pipeline chambers, giving clients a single, accountable partner from civil works through to full mechanical, electrical, and automation integration.

Our specialized features

    • Turnkey design, supply, and installation of pumping stations for all capacities
    • Applications across potable water, irrigation, firefighting, chilled water, sewerage, and process fluids
    • Civil and structural works including pumping station chambers and pipeline infrastructure
    • Full automation, testing, and commissioning before handover

Construction of 1×30 MIGD Endurance Road Pumping Station (PS21) – Phase 1 Stream A Including All Electromechanical Works

This infrastructure project involved the construction and integration of reinforced concrete water storage tanks, pumping stations, and transmission pipeline networks to strengthen potable water distribution in the Ghayl area of Ras Al Khaimah. The project included civil works, mechanical installations, electrical systems, pipeline construction, testing, commissioning, and associated utility works, delivering a reliable and sustainable water supply infrastructure.

Upgradation of LV Switchgear Panel at Hatta New Pumping Station and Existing Stand-Alone UPS Systems

The project included the modernization and upgrade of low-voltage switchgear panels and stand-alone UPS systems across multiple DEWA pumping stations, including Hatta, Nad Al Sheba, and Emirates Pumping Station. The work enhanced electrical reliability, power continuity, and operational safety through the installation of modern switchgear equipment, electrical protection systems, control integration, testing, and commissioning, ensuring uninterrupted operation of critical water infrastructure.

Design, Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of Electromechanical, SCADA and Instrumentation Works for Pumping Stations

This project involved the complete design, engineering, procurement, installation, testing, and commissioning of electromechanical systems, SCADA automation, and instrumentation works for a 4.5 MIGD pumping station with a 1 MIG GRP water tank at MBR Solar Park Phase 1, together with a 3 MIGD pumping station at Phase 2. The project integrated intelligent automation, real-time monitoring, electrical distribution, mechanical systems, and process control technologies to ensure efficient and reliable operation of the water distribution network.

Water Tanks, Pumping Station & Pipelines at Ghayl Area – Ras Al Khaimah

The project included the modernization and upgrade of low-voltage switchgear panels and stand-alone UPS systems across multiple DEWA pumping stations, including Hatta, Nad Al Sheba, and Emirates Pumping Station. The work enhanced electrical reliability, power continuity, and operational safety through the installation of modern switchgear equipment, electrical protection systems, control integration, testing, and commissioning, ensuring uninterrupted operation of critical water infrastructure.

Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Booster Pumps at Hatta Phase I

The project consisted of the supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of eight high-capacity booster pumps, together with modifications to the inlet and outlet pipeline systems at Hatta Phase I. The upgraded pumping infrastructure significantly improved hydraulic performance, operational efficiency, and water distribution reliability while ensuring seamless integration with the existing network and compliance with DEWA engineering standards.

Upgradation of Recirculation Pump-Motor Units at Mushrif Reservoir – Phase 1

This project focused on upgrading the recirculation pump and motor units at Mushrif Reservoir to improve operational performance and equipment reliability. The scope included replacement of guide tubes, electrical cabling, motor management units, control systems, and associated accessories, followed by comprehensive testing and commissioning. The modernization enhanced the efficiency, safety, and long-term operation of the reservoir’s water circulation system.
