Design, Engineering, Procurement & Construction of DEWA 33/11kV Substation at Umm Eselay, Dubai
This project involved the complete design, engineering, procurement, and construction of a new 33/11kV DEWA substation at Umm Eselay, Dubai, including all associated civil, electrical, mechanical, and infrastructure works. The scope covered structural construction, architectural finishes, MEP installations, utility services, cable trench systems, earthing and lightning protection, testing, commissioning, and final handover. Executed in accordance with DEWA specifications, the project was delivered with a strong commitment to safety, quality, operational reliability, and engineering excellence.
Construction and Associated Civil & MEP Works for DEWA 33/11kV Substation at Le Hemaira, Umm Al Momeneen, Dubai
This project comprised the construction of a 33/11kV electrical substation together with all associated civil, mechanical, and electrical works at Le Hemaira, Umm Al Momeneen, Dubai. The project included structural concrete works, architectural finishes, HVAC systems, fire protection systems, electrical services, drainage, external utility connections, cable trench construction, and complete MEP integration. All systems were tested and commissioned to ensure full compliance with DEWA’s technical standards while supporting reliable and uninterrupted power distribution.
Design, Engineering, Procurement & Construction of 33/11kV Green Data Center Substation at Mohammed Bin Rashid Solar Park
This prestigious project involved the complete design, engineering, procurement, and construction of the 33/11kV Green Data Center Substation located within the Mohammed Bin Rashid Solar Park at Saih Al Dahal, Dubai. The scope included civil construction, architectural works, electrical and mechanical installations, MEP services, cable infrastructure, earthing systems, HVAC, fire protection, utility coordination, testing, commissioning, and system integration. The project was successfully executed to support the renewable energy infrastructure while meeting the highest standards of sustainability, efficiency, and operational reliability.
Construction and Associated Civil & MEP Works for DEWA 33/11kV Substation at Margam
This project involved the complete construction of a 33/11kV DEWA substation at Margam together with all associated civil and MEP works. The project scope included site preparation, reinforced concrete structures, architectural finishes, HVAC installation, fire protection systems, electrical services, underground utility networks, cable trenches, earthing and lightning protection systems, testing, commissioning, and final project handover. The facility was developed in accordance with DEWA engineering standards to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable electrical power distribution for the surrounding infrastructure.
Substation, LV Container with Fire Protection System & Electrical System Upgradation for R&D Center Laboratory
This project involved the design, engineering, supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of a Low Voltage (LV) Containerized Electrical System integrated with a comprehensive Fire Protection System for a Research & Development (R&D) Center laboratory. The scope included the installation of LV switchgear, power distribution equipment, fire detection and suppression systems, electrical cabling, control panels, earthing, and associated electrical infrastructure.
In addition, the project included the upgradation of electrical systems to support advanced laboratory equipment, ensuring uninterrupted power supply, enhanced operational safety, and compliance with international electrical and fire safety standards. The solution was engineered to provide reliable, efficient, and future-ready electrical infrastructure for critical research facilities.
Upgradation of LV Switchgear Panels & Stand-Alone UPS Systems for DEWA Pumping Stations
This project involved the modernization and upgrade of Low Voltage (LV) Switchgear Panels and Stand-Alone UPS Systems across multiple DEWA pumping stations, including Hatta New Pumping Station, Nad Al Sheba Pumping Station, Emirates Pumping Station, and Hatta Pumping Station – Phase 3.
The scope of work included dismantling existing electrical equipment, installation of new LV switchgear panels, UPS systems, power and control cabling, protection relays, electrical terminations, system integration, testing, and commissioning. The project significantly enhanced electrical reliability, operational safety, and uninterrupted power availability for critical water infrastructure while ensuring full compliance with DEWA engineering standards.
