Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of Bypass Water Transmission Pipeline at Jebel Ali Reservoir
This project involved the supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of a bypass water transmission pipeline at the Jebel Ali Reservoir, together with all associated civil, mechanical, and utility works. The scope included pipeline installation, valve chambers, fittings, interconnections, hydrostatic testing, flushing, disinfection, and final commissioning. Executed to the highest engineering standards, the project enhanced the reliability and operational continuity of Dubai’s water transmission network while ensuring uninterrupted water supply during maintenance and system upgrades.
Design, Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of Three Surge Vessel Systems at JAPS SWRO Pumping Station
This project comprised the design, engineering, supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of three surge vessel systems (2 × 75 m³ and 1 × 46 m³) for the JAPS SWRO Pumping Station. The scope included structural supports, piping modifications, mechanical installations, instrumentation, electrical integration, pressure control systems, testing, and commissioning. The surge vessels were engineered to protect the pipeline network from pressure fluctuations and hydraulic surges, improving system stability, operational safety, and long-term reliability.
Maintenance of Water Transmission & Distribution Network Repair and Reinstatement Works – Dubai
This project involved the maintenance, repair, and reinstatement of water transmission and distribution networks throughout the Emirate of Dubai. The scope included emergency pipeline repairs, leak rectification, replacement of damaged pipeline components, reinstatement of roads and utility corridors, valve maintenance, testing, and restoration of affected infrastructure. The works were executed with minimal disruption to public services while ensuring the continued reliability and efficiency of Dubai’s water distribution network.
Supply & Installation of HDPE Potable Water Pipeline Network at Al Hussam Area, Ras Al Khaimah
This project involved the supply and installation of High-Density Polyethylene (HDPE) pipelines for the potable water distribution network in the Al Hussam area of Ras Al Khaimah. The scope included pipeline laying, house service connections, fittings, valves, pressure testing, flushing, disinfection, and commissioning. The project was completed in accordance with FEWA specifications, providing a durable, leak-resistant, and sustainable water distribution system that supports reliable potable water supply for the local community.
